Upon payment, the client receives the right to use the materials for their intended purpose. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope of work may incur extra charges.

18. Amendments to Projects

If a client wishes to change the scope of a project after work has begun, the client must notify MexiGraphics in writing. Additional fees may apply for scope changes, and the timeline for project completion may be affected.

19. Ownership of Website Materials

For website development services, once the project is completed and full payment is made, the client retains full ownership of the website and its contents. However, any proprietary tools or software used by MexiGraphics to create the website will remain the property of MexiGraphics.

20. Client Approval

Upon completion of the project, clients are required to review and approve all work before it is finalized. Any changes after final approval will be considered as additional work and may incur extra charges.
